1/17/2007 Dinner, Dance and Other Stuff

Six Nations – Live rugby begins Feb 3 featuring England verses Scotland. Cost is $20 at the door collected by Sentanta, providers of the live feed. The club receives 10% of the gate to be used for junior development. For further info regarding the schedule throughout the month please check under

Dinner Dance - The dinner dance/awards evening is scheduled for February 17. Cocktails begin at 6:30 followed by dinner and awards. Cost is $30 for students and $40 for everyone else. Please RSVP to Samantha Mitchell and Steph at smitch06@hotmail.com

Club/Player Insurance - The insurance issue has been resolved for the upcoming year. As a consequence we must increase our fee structure for 2007. visit our registration page for fee structure and additional information.

Club Rental - $400 for non members, $200 for members, $100 for coaches/committee members.

Constitution - the constitution as we know it is in the process of being updated to reflect 2007. Once it is completed and approved by committee we must hold an extra ordinary AGM for membership approval.

Old Boys - Seamus Beatie will be organizing the old boys this year as well as the club tour later in the summer. If interested in giving him a hand call him. He can use some help.

Easter Tour - Stew and Ivan Lamb will be doing Easter tour this year to Chicago. The price is approximately $225. Details will follow as they become available or phone them for more up to date info.

Supplier - Soccer Connection will be our club supplier for kit. If you need stuff they will be stocking supplies for our needs along with a good discount on everything including boots etc. They are located at the south end of the Ajax Go Train plaza. Ask for a discount.

Business Directory - Our web site has a New Business Directory for those business owners that want to advertise their service/business for free. If you are an electrician, carpenter, landscaper, insurance agent or offer a service e.g. income tax, send or give me rblack77@hotmail.com your business card and it will get posted under the appropriate heading. Use the services of our club members.
