2/14/2007 TDRRS Refereeing Clinic

The Toronto and District Rugby Referees Society is pleased to announce a referee clinic for the spring of 2007.

WHO:  This clinic is appropriate for individuals who are new to refereeing and would like to start, as well as individuals looking to continue their qualifications.  It is also useful for coaches and players wishing to improve their knowledge of the game.

WHERE:  The clinic will be held at the Ontario Sports Alliance building located at 1185 Eglinton Ave East in Toronto, ON.

WHEN:  The evening of Friday March 9th at 1900H and Saturday March 10th at 0900 (expect the full day)

COSTS:  The cost of the course is general $100 for everyone.  There is a student rate of $50.  All course materials are provided, please bring pen/pencils and paper.

This course is offered to begin the certification process for referees to officiate contact rugby at the club level.  We encourage anyone interested to take the course as it is the springboard for any future refereeing goals.  A limited amount of courses are run every year and you should attempt to attend this one if you can.
